VELA be Bangkok Siam is located in the heart of the city — just a 700 meters walk from BTS National Stadium Station.

2. What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is before 12:00 PM (noon).

3. Is the Front Desk available 24 hours?
Yes, our Front Desk is available 24 hours a day to assist you with check-in, check-out, and any inquiries during your stay.

4. Does the hotel offer breakfast?
Yes. Guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast selection at the hotel’s restaurant. Breakfast is available from 06.30 AM - 10.00 AM.

5. Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may include an additional fee. Please contact our front desk in advance for arrangements.

6. Is there parking available at the hotel?
The hotel does not provide on-site parking.

7. Is there Wi-Fi available?
Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel for all guests.

8. Are extra beds available?
Extra beds are not available in our rooms; however, some room types can accommodate one child (under 7 years old) sharing existing bedding with parents.
For children aged 7 years and above, an extra person charge of THB 1,000 per night will apply.
